Refund and Exchange Policy

All items sent to be returned or exchanged have to be in new, unused, and unwashed condition; there are no exceptions. Defective items have to be sent to the manufacturer (except for Zabi Baby brand items) in order to receive warranty. Each company has their own policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains foul smells—essential oils, perfumes, smoke, etc.—or has been soiled. In order to return an item, it must have been purchased no more than 30 days prior to the date of return and the transaction must have occurred through our store. To ensure a hassle free transaction, please feel free contact us via email before sending any item back.

In the event of a return, free items included with your order must be returned in a new, unused condition or the retail value will be deducted from the refund. This, however, does not apply to order exchanges.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $49. Actual shipping charges are applied on all orders below $49. If by any chance you are overcharged shipping for an amount over $1.00, this amount will be refunded. In the event of an exchange or return, the buyer must pay the shipping for the item back to us. This does not apply if we sent wrong item or made any other mistake on our part. Shipping charges will be deducted when giving a refund or store credit. Orders that were shipped free and returned to us will receive the amount the item was worth, excluding any shipping charges.

Pockets, All in Ones and Covers always ship free. Although all orders over $49 ship free, Zabi Baby prefolds do not ship for free as they are very heavy. If for some cart glitch the cart does not calculate shipping these will be billed separately to the customer.

We do not charge restocking fees on returns and exchanges. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days past the date of purchase. All Zabi Baby products come with a 30 day warranty.

Lay Away Plan

At Zabi Baby we understand that getting your diaper stash requires an upfront investment. We want to make this an effortless process for you by offering a lay-away program. Our lay away program allows you to pay for your diapers in installments. The goods remain property of Zabi Baby, LLC until paid in full.

Use code “layaway” and a 75% of the total purchase will be discounted. The items will be placed aside for you and I will invoice you a 25% of the purchase total for the next 2 or 3 months. You can pay your lay way in full at any time by simply contacting us. Lay-away is only available for orders over $75 and includes free shipping.

Note: If lay away is canceled, a 5% stocking fee will be applied.
